FÖRSÄLJNINGSVILLKOR  

TILLÄMPNING

Följande villkor är tillämpade på alla avtal som du sluter med Life of Leonnie AB kopplade till webbhandel. Dessa försäljningsvillkor måste godkännas vid beställning. Genom att beställa accepterar du dessa villkor. Beställning av produkter sker via vår webbshop. Beställningar som görs av personer under 18 år skall ha målsmans godkännande för beställning.

SORTIMENT

Sortimentet uppdateras löpande. Vi reserverar oss för eventuella fel gällande priser, produkter, texter samt bilder i webbshoppen. All bildinformation skall ses som illustrationer och kan ej garanteras återge varans exakta utseende. Vid eventuella fel i angivande av lagersaldo förbehåller sig Life of Leonnie AB rätten att korrigera detta i efterhand.

PRISER

Samtliga priser anges i SEK (inklusive moms). Vi förbehåller oss rätten till prisändringar och reserverar oss för eventuella fel av prisinformation och eventuell slutförsäljning. Priserna som anges vid kundens beställningstidpunkt gäller genom hela köpprocessen. Inget minsta beställningsbelopp.

BETALNINGSALTERNATIV

Betalning med Payson - Kort och Internetbank samt Klarna

Betalning sker enkelt och säkert med Payson. Även om du inte har ett Paysonkonto sedan tidigare kan du snabbt göra transaktionen via Payson. Payson samarbetar med VISA, MasterCard samt alla svenska banker som erbjuder direktbetalningar; Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB och Nordea.

Payson håller höga säkerhetskrav och är PCI-certifierade av Trustwave som är en internationell organisation för säker e-handel. All trafik krypteras genom SSL 128 bitar och alla kortöverföringar bygger på bankernas så kallade 3D-secure teknik.

LEVERANS

Leverans inom Sverige sker med DHL Servicepoint. Life of Leonnie AB bjuder alltid på fri frakt och fria returer inom Sverige. En avisering skickas antingen per SMS eller e-mail till dig när försändelsen anländer till ditt ombud. Försändelsens liggetid är 14 dagar. För outlöst försändelse som gått i retur till oss debiteras 250 kr. Leveranstiden är normalt 1-2 arbetsdagar från det att vi mottagit beställningen.

Leverans till länder inom Europa sker med DHL Euroconnect plus. Försändelsen skickas till leveransadress som angivits vid beställning.

Frakavgifter till länder inom Europa; Norge 220 kr (avdrag moms), Danmark 110 kr, Finland 150 kr, Åland 260 kr (avdrag moms), Schweiz 400 kr (avdrag moms) samt övriga länder inom Europa 500 kr.

(Privatpersoner inom EU betalar svensk moms. Tullavgift tillkommer ej inom EU. Privatpersoner utanför EU betalar ej svensk moms. Momsen räknas bort i kassan efter att du valt land).

TRANSPORT

Om varan skadas eller kommer bort under transporten från Life of Leonnies lager till slutkund är Life of Leonnie ekonomiskt ansvarig. Om varan skadas eller kommer bort då du återsänder den till By Leonnie är kunden ekonomiskt ansvarig.

Om du vid mottagandet upptäcker att försändelsen är transportskadad, skall Du omedelbart reklamera detta till DHL eller utlämningsstället inom 8 dagar samt behålla emballaget.

REKLAMATIONSVILLKOR

För att reklamera en felaktig eller defekt vara ber vi dig kontakta oss omgående. Vi skickar dig en ny vara utan någon extra fraktkostnad, förutsatt att varan finns tillgänglig. Kan vi inte ersätta dig med en ny vara gör vi en återbetalning till dig när vi fått den defekta varan i retur. För retur av defekta varor skickar vi en fraktsedel med betalt porto. Vid reklamation skall kund kontakta [email protected] och för att förenkla hanteringen av reklamationen uppge ordernummer samt orsak till reklamationen. Reklamation vid eventuella tvister följer vi Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens beslut.

ÅNGERRÄTT

Privatkonsument har, enligt distansavtalslagen, rätt att ångra köpet inom 14 dagar från det att du mottagit leveransen. Ångerrätten gäller då varan och förpackning återlämnas i oförändrat skick. Varan får ej vara använd, men förpackning får ha öppnats varsamt. För att, som privatkonsument, använda ångerrätten skall man kontakta [email protected] angående detta innan retur sker. Returfrakten bekostas av konsumenten. Återbetalning sker så fort vi fått tillbaka varan och returen är godkänd (återbetalning sker inom 30 dagar).

CONDITIONS OF SALE


The following terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts formed between you and Life of Leonnie AB relative to our web shop, and the terms and conditions must be approved by you upon ordering. By placing your order you accept these terms and conditions. Orders are placed in our web shop. Orders placed by persons under the age of 18 years shall have the approval of a parent.



COLLECTION


The collection is continuously updated. We reserve the right to errors depicted in the web shop in terms of prices, products, texts and pictures/photos. All pictures/photos are illustrations and may not display the exact features of the products. In case of erroneously displayed stock status, Life of Leonnie AB reserves the right to correct this in arrears.



PRICE


All the prices are given in SEK (including Swedish VAT ‘moms’). We reserve the right to change the prices. The prices stated at the point of the customer’s order will apply throughout the transaction. We do not apply any minimum order value.




PAYMENT

Payment through Payson – Cards and (Swedish) Internetbank
 Payment is effected easily and safely via Payson. Payson cooperates with VISA, MasterCard and all the Swedish banks offering direct payment: Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea.

Payson maintains high safety levels and is PCI certified by Trustwave, an international provider of safe e-commerce solutions. All the traffic is encrypted through SSL 128 bits and all card transfers are built on the banks’ 3D-secure technology.




DELIVERY


Shipping within Sweden is carried out by DHL Servicepoint. The cost of freight within Sweden is free. Delivery advice is sent to you by text/SMS or e-mail when the delivery has been made to your agent. The package will remain with the agent for a maximum of 14 days. We will charge you SEK 250 for any package not picked up by the customer which is returned to us. The delivery normally takes place within 2 to 3 weekdays of your order being received by us. 

Shipping to countries in Europe is carried out by DHL Euroconnect Plus. The package is delivered to the address stated in the order. 

Cost of freight within Europe: Norway SEK 220 (VAT deductible), Denmark SEK 110, Finland SEK 150, Åland SEK 260 (VAT deductible), Switzerland SEK 400 (VAT deductible), and to the rest of the European countries SEK 500.

(Individual customers within the EU pay Swedish VAT (moms). No customs duties are charged within the EU. Individual customers outside the European Union pay no Swedish VAT (moms). The VAT will be deducted after you have chosen your country of residence in the checkout).

TRANSPORT


Should the product be damaged or lost during the transport from Life of Leonnie’s depot to the customer, Life of Leonnie assumes the financial responsibility. In case the product is damaged or lost during the customer’s return of the product to Life of Leonnie AB, then the customer is financially responsible. If, upon reception of the product the customer notes that the package has been damaged in transport, the customer shall without delay inform DHL or the agent within 8 days and save the packaging.




COMPLAINTS


If you want compensation for a wrong or defect product, please contact us without delay. We will send you a new product free of freight costs, on condition that the product is available. In case we are unable to replace the product, we will reimburse you as soon as we have received the returned defect product. For the return of defect products we will send you a pre-paid freight bill. To make a complaint, contact by e-mail [email protected] and to facilitate the process, state the order number and the reason for the complaint. In case of disputes we will follow the (Swedish) National Board for Consumer Disputes’s recommendations.


Withdrawal
Individual customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days of the reception of the goods. The right to withdraw is applicable when the product with its packaging is returned in original condition. The product must be unused, but the packaging may have been opened carefully. To exercise the right of the cooling-off period, contact [email protected] before returning the product. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. Reimbursement will be made as soon as we have received and approved the shipment (within 30 days).
